What your day will look like

  • Working closely with the Deputy Mayor and Assistant Director to understand the political priorities and steers within the environment and energy remit.
  • Distilling and embedding those priorities in the team’s briefings, reports, correspondence and related workflows.
  • Liaising with the Deputy Mayor of London for Environment and Energy and the Senior Adviser on key topics and tasks.
  • Collaborating with senior colleagues across the unit and policy teams to ensure the messages and actions are understood and taken forward, driving high standards of work.
  • Attending key policy meetings and visits (internal and external).
