Senior Personal Assistant – Mayor’s Office

A rare and fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Personal Assistant to join the Mayor’s private office, supporting the Deputy Mayor for Planning, Regeneration and Skills.

 

As well as all the traditional duties such as managing busy diaries, arranging meetings and responding to a wide range of correspondence and requests for information, you will act as an important interface between the Deputy Mayor and a range of senior stakeholders and politicians.

 

To succeed you will have an excellent track record of achievement working at a senior level in a high profile role for a senior politician or senior manager, with well developed interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.

 

The Mayor’s private office is a high profile and fast-paced environment, and therefore the role of senior PA is often exciting, yet challenging. You must be confident in operating in a constantly changing environment and be able to demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
