Lead the planning and development of London’s newest neighbourhood, a place where people will aspire to live, work and play

 

This is your chance to shape London’s largest regeneration project as part of the Mayor of London’s Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC).  You will lead the critical Masterplan development incorporating a major Infrastructure delivery programme to create a thriving new community where the new planned High Speed 2 meets Crossrail in West London.

 

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to get involved in one of Europe’s largest regeneration projects at a critical time for the Corporation. Reporting to the CEO, you will harness the expertise of your colleagues and partners to develop and then deliver complex portfolio of projects. You will play a pivotal role leading discussions with central government, HS2 Ltd, TfL, Local Authorities, and other key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support to the evolving delivery strategies.

 

You will come with experience of working on large scale Infrastructure programmes involving major development, masterplanning and regeneration, and a strong track record in developing and leading programmes and projects across the development, transport and utilities sectors. You’ll be politically astute and commercially aware with excellent relationship and people management skills, able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
