As a press officer for the Mayor of London, you’ll be part of a busy team working on the stories and events at the heart of the capital.
We are offering two fixed term appointments for two years.
We’re looking for excellent writing and people skills, proven experience dealing with a wide range of different media and advising senior figures in a fast-paced, demanding press office environment. You must have the ability to think on your feet, respond quickly to media enquiries from across the globe, generate great coverage through creative ideas and demonstrate sound knowledge of PR techniques, including use of digital and social media.
The post is full time and you will be part of the press office 24hr on-call rota.
