We are seeking to appoint a Principal Policy and Programme Officers to work in the Zero Carbon Policy team, part of the Environment Team at the Greater London Authority to lead its new green finance work programme. The role will involve working with Boroughs and other key stakeholders to identify a range of low carbon projects across London, identify possible financing options and develop business plans.

 

We are looking for exceptional candidates with experience of complex project management and the ability to work with a range of external stakeholders to bring environmental projects forward at pace and scale. Candidates with a financial or economic background or those with experience in developing technical or economic feasibility studies for a range of low carbon projects would be desirable. Experience of working on environment policy is essential.

 

This post is fixed-term for 12 months from July 2018
