Would you like to be working with the Mayor of London, developers, local authorities, politicians, communities, those that require the support of others, making plans, designing solutions?

Then the Homes for Londoners ‘Futures Programme’ in association with the Chartered Institute of Housing is the ideal career move. London’s housing crisis is the biggest challenge facing the capital and we are looking to recruit up to four talented individuals to help us tackle it.

As a Futures Associate you will start an exceptional vocational learning and development journey. Over a two-year fixed appointment, you will be immersed within the Homes for Londoners team working to deliver the Mayor’s housing commitments. You will gain first-hand experience in a variety of important work that improves Londoner’s lives.  For more information on Homes for Londoners

There will be an opportunity of a mini placement to an external development partner which will provide an insight into the delivery work of our partners, seeing the industry both through the eyes of the political city-wide government and from the perspective of our partners.

As Futures Associates you will also study for an apprenticeship Level 3 qualification in Housing run in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Housing, and whilst studying Associates will receive full CiH membership.

This is a new programme and open all, if you’re starting out or simply seeking a career change. The programme has been designed to give you the opportunity to experience the range of work that we do at Homes for Londoners and to develop invaluable skills for your future career.
