Senior Programme Co-ordinator (data structures)

Could you help us manage billions of pounds of investment to start to tackle London’s housing crisis and deliver thousands of affordable homes?

The Programme Management team within Housing & Land is responsible for monitoring budgets and spend; tracking outputs and progress against targets and agreed milestones; and providing guidance on operational processes and requirements across all of our work to help tackle London’s housing crisis. This role will be a senior and vital member of the team.

 

With an additional £1.67bn for investment into affordable homes confirmed at Spring Statement in March 2018, significant work underway to adopt a new more proactive approach to intervening in the land market, supported by a £250m land fund and a new open project system (OPS) live; this is an exciting time to join the team.

 

We are looking for a driven individual with extensive experience in using advanced Structured Query Language (SQL) and advanced level experience in the use of data management tools to help us refine and develop further our approach to reporting across this range of activity.

 

The role will use this experience to lead on developing new approaches, procedures and policies, to support large investment programmes with ambitious targets.
