That’s why City Hall’s online community, Talk London is so important. Talk London is an online community where Londoners can have their say on London’s big issues like housing, the environment, transport, safety, jobs and more.
As an Audience Growth Officer, in the Talk London team, your role is focussed on growing the community. Day to day, you’ll be working on A/B optimisation tests, creative marketing acquisition campaigns, digging around in Google Analytics and trying to understand the most compelling content and propositions that make Londoners join the community and take part. It’s an exciting time to join the team, as we’ve got big, exciting plans and ambitions to have a world leading citizen engagement platform.
The person
You’ll need to be both analytical and creative, well-organised and pro-active, with experience in a digital role with a focus on digital analytics and growing an online audience. You’ll have solid experience of Google Analytics and knowledge of other analytics platforms, and should have good general IT skills.
