Meeting the Mayor’s targets for housing

The opportunity


You’ll provide leadership on all aspects of programme management for key housing programmes within the Mayor’s housing and land portfolio.  You’ll lead on preparing information and analysis to help senior management and operational staff understand, monitor and deliver against the Mayor’s housing targets. This means carrying out in-depth analysis of housing and land data to create tailored reports and analysis. Expect to produce options appraisals, risk analysis and other recommendations for staff and external stakeholders.

The person

We’re looking for someone with management-level experience of developing new approaches, procedures and analysis for large investment programmes. This should include the implementation of bespoke data management functions and new process to improve .  Expertise in the use of data management tools such as JasperSoft, Business Objects or similar plus advanced-level experience with Excel is therefore essential. Your proven problem-solving and analysis abilities will be matched by well-developed communication skills.

This role will be based at London Fire Brigade’s Head Office, 169 Union Street, London, SE1 0LL.
