The World Cities Culture Forum(WCCF) is global leadership on culture. Culture is an essential ingredient in cities and in the 21st century no global city can be successful without it.
As Programme Manager for the WCCF you will manage London’s leading contribution to a network of over 30 world cities. WCCF brings together influential senior officials from cities across the world. They all have a shared commitment to weaving culture through all aspects of urban policy, like a golden thread, driving city reputation, economic prosperity and quality of life.
WCCF was set up by the Mayor of London in 2012. This role will work between the Mayor of London’s Culture team and the consultancy BOP Consulting to coordinate the WCCF programme of work; manage local and international stakeholders; and oversee fundraising, events and publications.
You will be a highly experienced manager with expertise in urban cultural policy, culture, fundraising and research. Fluency in French and/or Spanish and/or Mandarin is desirable.
