Project Support Officer - Great Place Scheme (OPDC)

To provide administrative and project-related support for an ambitious, community-focused arts and culture programme.

Experienced in arts administration, production and project delivery? This is an exciting opportunity for a highly-organised individual to play a key role in the delivery of a world class arts and culture programme at one of London’s largest regeneration areas.

OPDC has been awarded funding from Heritage Lottery Fund and Arts Council England as part of the Great Place Scheme initiative, the goal of which is to ensure that art, culture and heritage are at the heart of the major developments planned for the area.

To achieve this, an ambitious 3-year programme is being developed with local people, businesses and organisations, which will uncover, connect and showcase the culture and heritage of London’s largest industrial area, Park Royal.  The project will also lead to opportunities for communities to play a stronger role in shaping and influencing one of the UK’s largest regeneration projects at Old Oak.

We are looking for a Project Support Officer to play a key role in the delivery of this world class, participatory cultural programme. The role will directly support the Great Place Programme Manager in overseeing the whole programme, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard, and co-ordinating between multiple stakeholders to ensure the success of this exciting project.
