With a number of initiatives already set to launch, we need talented people to help us see them through. Put your project management and development experience to work here, and you’ll deliver mixed-use developments to benefit all Londoners, working with leading developers on some of the capital’s largest projects.

The opportunity

Build your expertise in land and property development by working on large, complex strategic projects in the Royal Docks. You’ll assist with managing a range of projects that support our delivery plan and the Mayor’s objectives for new homes, economic development and regeneration. You will assist with the appraisal of project proposals, and provide regular reporting on projects, including outputs, budgets and risks.

The person

With a background in the property sector, you’ll have experience of working on development projects, including appraisal, planning and project finance. Experience of contract management in the property sector is vital and you should have good knowledge of London housing and regeneration issues. An understanding of the principles of place-making is essential. Strong communication skills and negotiating ability will also be key to your continued development.
