The fund is available to invest in opportunities with developers, housing associations and public/ private partnerships to accelerate and unlock house-building, especial affordable housing, throughout London.
The Transactions Team which is a specialist team within Housing & Land in the Greater London Authority, responsible for:
· Identifying new investment opportunities
· Transacting complex financial investments
· Managing transacted projects
· Managing Housing & Land’s risk exposure
· Managing the £500m loan book
As Housing Investment Manager – Portfolio, you will be responsible for managing the performance and recovery of Housing and Land £500m loan book. The successful candidate will have knowledge of residential development and associated loan funding, have experience of financial analysis and be an excellent problem solver.
As Housing Investment Manager – Transactions, you will be responsible for identifying new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and negotiating contracts to deliver the land and investment programmes. The successful candidate will be an excellent problem solver, have commercial expertise in residential property development and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
