Could you help tackle London’s housing crisis and ensure more homes are built across the capital by helping us to invest the Mayor’s Homes for Londoners £736m Land Fund?
The fund is available to invest in opportunities with developers, housing associations and public/ private partnerships to accelerate and unlock house-building, especial affordable housing, throughout London.
The Transactions Team which is a specialist team within Housing & Land in the Greater London Authority, responsible for:
· Identifying new investment opportunities
· Transacting complex financial investments
· Managing transacted projects
· Managing Housing & Land’s risk exposure
· Managing the £500m loan book
The Senior Housing Investment Manager will lead the Housing Transactions Team. We are looking for an excellent problem solver, with commercial expertise in residential property development, funding and contracting or related fields, along with experience of contract negotiation, deal structuring and programme management. You will work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and have excellent communication skills as well as being a strong team leader.
