The GLA’s Technology Group is leading an ambitious tech and digital transformation programme and we need a skilled Analyst to join the team. If you are an Analyst with great experience of Agile / Scrum, in the private, public or third sector, you could be at the heart of this transformation.
As the Senior Business Analyst in the Technology Group you will work with a variety of stakeholders working not just at the GLA but in partner organisations such as the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) and the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) for whom we provide a shared technology / digital service. You will work on a portfolio of projects with a wide variety of stakeholders, including product owners, users, developers, researchers, dev-ops engineers and policy makers.
Your work will revolve around running big and small discovery and analysis sessions – throughout projects rather than just at the beginning, understanding user wants and needs, translating them into stories / acceptance criteria and requirements statements / success criteria. You will be skilled and experienced in presenting to large and small audiences, translating user wants and needs as well as solution options to the wider stakeholder groups.
