Housing Investment Reporting Manager

Could you help tackle London’s housing crisis and ensure more homes are built across the capital by helping us to invest the Mayor’s Homes for Londoners £736m Land Fund?

The fund is available to invest in opportunities with developers, housing associations and public/ private partnerships to accelerate and unlock house-building, especial affordable housing, throughout London.

 

The Transactions Team which is a specialist team within Housing & Land in the Greater London Authority, responsible for:

·         Identifying new investment opportunities

·         Transacting complex financial investments

·         Managing transacted projects

·         Managing Housing & Land’s risk exposure

·         Managing the £500m loan book

 

As Housing Investment Reporting Manager, you will be a key member of the Transactions Team, supporting the Housing Investment Managers in the negotiation, agreement and management of Housing and Land’s recoverable and grant investments. The successful candidate will be an excellent project manager with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

This role will be based at London Fire Brigade’s Head Office (Union Street SE1 0LL)
