Senior Technical Programme Manager –Infrastructure

Would you like to join an ambitious and forward-looking team of analysts, researchers and policy experts focused on addressing one of London’s biggest challenges – the planning and delivery of infrastructure?

We are after a motivated self-starter who possesses strong technical, project management, and problem-solving skills who would drive technical delivery of Phase 3 of the London Infrastructure Mapping Application – an innovative data visualisation web tool designed to support coordination of infrastructure planning and delivery across London – and related projects.

The role will involve the design, implementation, and management of a complex technical product—translating stakeholder priorities into reality so that the tool can better meet user requirements. You will need to be confident working with people, managing consultants and budgets, and leading creative problem solving to resolve complicated challenges.

The preferred applicant will have an interest in—and ideally an understanding of—the infrastructure sector, along with how geographic information systems and data can be applied in this field.

This is a unique opportunity to lead development of an exciting piece of technology, strengthening your credentials as an innovator in one of the world’s greatest global cities.
