Making housing happen for London

Together we can build a London for everyone.

Your skills will be vital to delivering new housing initiatives. Focused on enhancing existing systems and processes, as well as developing new ones, you’ll engage subject-matter experts across the GLA’s Housing and Land directorate for their input. We’ll look to you to achieve consistency of approach and best practice, so a focus on training, guidance and governance work will be key.

The person

To succeed, you’ll need experience of developing business requirements and processes that support the delivery of housing projects and programmes. This should include a readiness, to provide constructive challenge to senior managers and operational staff. You’ll know how to evaluate projects and programmes to ensure they are continuously improved and will be experienced in using feedback to identify new tools and systems. Excellent communication skills are essential.
