The opportunity

 

Your expertise in regeneration, development, project and estate management will help us deliver improvements to the public realm, meanwhile projects with development partners and a provide the stage for a programme of events. Working with developers, the local planners, stakeholders and the community you’ll ensure we make the Royal Docks a great place to live, work and visit.

 

The person

 

You’ll have significant experience of project or programme management, of property development or regeneration, capital works and public realm improvements. Also desirable is experience of working with temporary and meanwhile use providers and event management companies. This requires a sound grasp of technical issues such as procurement, design, project finance and planning. You’ll also need to understand the principles of place-making. Adept at building effective working relationships, you’ll have exceptional influencing and negotiating skills.

This role is based at The Crystal, Siemens Brothers’ Way, Royal Victoria Dock, E16 1GB.
