CRM Officer

Would you like to join a dynamic customer-facing team as they implement an ambitious new correspondence and customer relationship management system?

 

Our Public Liaison Unit is procuring a new system to replace WriteOn and is seeking a CRM Officer to support its deployment, configuration and organisational support.

 

The successful candidate will ensure that the product is initially and continually fit for purpose by working alongside the multidisciplinary Agile delivery team, external procurement, and users throughout the organisation.

 

Supporting the delivery of all initial development, deployment and configuration work as well as on-going system fixes and upgrades, you will work closely with the provider, report on performance of the GLA’s response to enquiries, maintain control of access rights, security settings and user privileges.

 

You will work closely with stakeholders, across the Authority and in functional bodies, ensuring a coordinated approach to the provision of this new public information service and encouraging its adoption.

 

You will provide coaching and training to new users, and create and update training manuals, policies and procedures.

 

You will have experience in managing a CRM system, including troubleshooting, testing, training and implementation support.

 

The new system will be delivered using agile delivery techniques and tools, with which you will be familiar.

 

A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organisation, you will be customer-focused and possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
