Senior Development Manager

This is your opportunity to help shape Old Oak and Park Royal, London’s largest Opportunity Area and one of the most important regeneration projects in the UK. 

OPDC is looking to appoint a talented Senior Development Manager to join the team responsible for the comprehensive regeneration of Old Oak and the improvement and intensification of Park Royal.

This is a unique opening for an individual with an interest in working across commercial, residential, mixed use and industrial opportunities.  Working as part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for projects which could include meanwhile uses and activation; land and planning matters and direct delivery across a number of opportunities within London’s most important regeneration project.

You will have experience of working on or advising investment, development and/or regeneration projects, preferably in a complex stakeholder environment. You will be comfortable working in an evolving fast-paced and challenging environment.  This important principal-side role offers an outstanding development opportunity for the right candidate looking to move from an advisory role in related fields.
