Reporting Analyst

Open Project System (OPS) is the GLA’s grant and project management system, used across the GLA group. We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to join the team to support the system’s reporting function and tools.   

 

Based within the OPS Delivery Team, you’ll work closely with reporting leads from across the GLA, MOPAC, and OPDC to set up their initial reporting structures within the system’s reporting tool and build and maintain critical reports for business users.

 

You will develop a deep understanding of the system’s data model and use that to write complex SQL queries for business and update/maintain this code as additional features and changes are introduced.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience of reporting and data analysis, utilising software such as JasperReport Server and Jaspersoft Studio. They will have advanced Structured Query Language (SQL) knowledge and experience writing and maintaining complex reports. They will also have proficiency in relational database management, maintenance and design.

This role will be based at London’s City Hall (More London, SE1 2AA) with some travel to and working from London Fire Brigade’s Head Office (Union Street SE1 0LL).
