Workforce Integration Network (WIN) Coordinator (Part Time)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team delivering the Mayor’s Social Integration Strategy.

 

The Workforce Integration Network (WIN) is a programme working with employers to improve career pathways for underrepresented groups in London’s workforce.

 

The first year of the WIN programme supports young black men aged 16 to 24 years into living wage employment in London. The construction and digital sectors are the initial focus but the programme will expand to other sectors over time.

 

The GLA is looking to recruit an experienced co-ordinator to work in the Social Integration Team, to deliver the programme.

 

Enthusiastic with strong project management skills, and adept at stakeholder engagement to develop effective partnerships, you will be a self-starter, with a passion to drive change. You will also have strong research and advocacy skills. Experiencing of working with the tech/digital sector would be beneficial but not essential.

 

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a complex and political stakeholder environment and experience working with the business community.

 

You will be based in City Hall’s Social Integration team – a hardworking and friendly team that is passionate about London’s communities.
