The GLA is recruiting to a number of vacancies in the Human Resources and Organisational Development (HR&OD) team.
The GLA works to support London across a wide range of areas including Housing & Land, Environment, Transport, Arts & Culture, Planning, Business & Economy, Skills & Employment, Regeneration, Communities and more.
The HR&OD team supports the managers and staff of the GLA, including the Mayor of London and London Assembly, across the full spectrum of services including recruitment, employee relations, business partnering, HR policies, payroll, people systems, organisational development, diversity & inclusion and learning & development, and aims to lead by example across London.
The team is also involved in a range of projects to support the Transformation Programme that is underway - this includes developing a talent strategy, implementing new approaches to attract talent, refreshing the values that underpin the work of the organisation and delivering a full refresh of our suite of HR policies.

These roles are based at City Hall and will support teams in our other locations in central London.
