Senior Policy and Programme Officer (Health)

This new role will take the lead on a major new piece of work at City Hall to improve mental health across London. Mental ill-health costs London more than £26b a year and contributes to some of the widest health inequalities in the country.

The Mayor of London is championing a new programme with the ambition for Londoners to have the best mental health in the world: tackling stigma, reducing suicides and helping to make good mental health everybody’s business.

We’re looking for someone with the outstanding policy knowledge to build a credible action plan for prevention of mental ill-health, the stakeholder management skills to establish strong partnerships and the commitment to work collaboratively with Londoners and London’s diverse communities to improve well being for all.
