Digital Performance Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Performance Analyst to join our passionate and enthusiastic team and help continue our work to engage with Londoners and better show everything we do at City Hall.

We’re focused on ensuring the greatest city in the world has a digital presence to match. Our website, www.london.gov.uk has a vast range of users from across London and the world for which we’re building useful online tools, interactive features and engaging content. We’re using inspiration from across the city and the digital sector, including the Government Digital Service, to continually build on our revamped and ever improving website.

We’re working hard to support the Mayor and the London Assembly’s objectives to make this the most transparent and engaged administration in London’s history, and you’ll be at the forefront of this historic time. Your work will be vital in shaping key digital communication channels for the building – spreading the word of what the Mayor of London and London Assembly are doing, and helping Londoners engage and interact with us.

You’ll be responsible for measuring the performance of all of our digital products, including www.london.gov.uk and our social media channels. Working with stakeholders from across the building and further afield, you will report on digital performance and provide insight on where and how changes can be made to improve the user journey and increase engagement.

You’ll also be involved in a broader programme of digital transformation within City Hall and across London’s Government. Working with the  Local Government Digital Service Standard you’ll be championing best practice and working with stakeholders and counterparts to embed digital ways of working at City Hall and across London’s Borough Councils.

You’ll work as part of a friendly, flexible and passionate multi-disciplinary team who are practiced and committed to being agile, collaborative and open. As well as access to dozens of in-house training courses you’ll be encouraged and supported in building your skills through relevant external training, conferences, workshops, shadowing and networking. Working with various stakeholders, suppliers and technologies there are plenty of opportunities to learn and develop.
