This will include a sound grasp of technical issues such as procurement, design, project finance and planning. Experience of structuring development agreements and joint ventures in the development sector is vital. Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the principles of place-making are also essential. Adept at building effective working relationships, you’ll have strong influencing and negotiating skills.
