This is your chance to shape one of the UK’s largest regeneration projects and London’s largest opportunity area.  OPDC are looking to appoint a Commercial Director who will join the senior management team responsible for promoting and delivering the comprehensive redevelopment of Old Oak and the intensification of Park Royal.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an individual, keen to be part one of the most exciting and challenging regeneration projects in London.  Working as part of a close-knit leadership team, you will be responsible for leading on commercial activities which help bringing forward delivery of new homes and jobs across the site.

You will have a proven track record of working on development and/or regeneration projects, notably where regeneration is unlocked through the investment in infrastructure. You will be comfortable working in an evolving fast-paced and challenging environment.  Experience of working effectively with multiple public and private stakeholders is also critical.
