Creative Producer

We’re helping to unlock the creative spirit of the Royal Docks. You’ll collaborate with the creative organisations that call the Royal Docks home to launch a world-class programme of events and activation, as well as attracting new organisations to join us. You’ll inspire our communities and visitors to make the most of the area’s assets — 12 miles of waterfront, diverse landscape, global connections — and help us make the Royal Docks an attractive place to visit and stay.

The opportunity

Working closely with the Creative Programmer, you’ll develop arts and cultural projects that capitalise on the area’s unique history, landscape and communities. Your goal is to position the Royal Docks as a distinctive cultural destination in London, boosting awareness and increasing footfall through an exceptional creative programme. A key focus will be neighbourhood revitalisation and community arts development, providing creative opportunities that support social, economic and cultural inclusion.

The person

You’ll come with experience of initiating, directing and delivering complex arts and cultural projects. This will include the ability to build partnerships in a complex stakeholder environment and to leverage additional funding for strategic cultural projects.  You must be capable of setting and managing budgets. Well-developed public relations skills and experience of presenting projects to a wide and diverse range of stakeholders are essential.
