An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a flexible team providing a wide range of public information and engagement services for the Greater London Authority (GLA). 

You will be primarily responsible for managing and drafting mayoral correspondence, using the GLA correspondence system WriteON and taking public enquiries over the phone.

The post is full time and permanent which will based at City Hall.

We are looking for someone with good attention to detail and a friendly and helpful manner who will be focused on customer care experience.
