Senior Project Officers (Regeneration)

As a Senior Project officer at the Greater London Authority you will work as part of a team helping to define and deliver a range of well planned projects in collaboration with the London boroughs and their partners. You will nurture their efforts to shape and deliver good growth, and enhance the vitality of neighbourhoods across London. You will focus on tangible improvements that make a real difference to Londoner’s everyday experience.

 
This role provides a unique opportunity for a talented individual with an ability to combine strategic thinking with practical capabilities.  You will develop complex projects and related research to promote urban regeneration and economic growth.  You will be well versed in effective and inclusive partnership working, and you will be an effective promoter of the diverse needs and aspirations of London’s communities.

 

Most of all you will be passionate about London and its many diverse places. You will also have an ability to communicate, negotiate with and influence a diverse range of people, as well as experience of problem solving and organising a varied workload in a fast-moving context. You will also have experience of research and analysis and be proficient in using a range of IT software including project management, drawing and desk top publishing packages.
