Discover and share data that will make London a better place to live.

Whether preparing for a meeting, submitting a question to London’s Mayor or tabling a motion, Navin Shah AM will look to you for advice and information. Proactively anticipating and carefully considering his needs, you’ll have the answers at your fingertips. You’ll manage his diary, correspondence and casework, and produce constituency reports to publication standard. Working with the senior press officer, you will provide pro-active public affairs support. Looking into emerging trends and issues facing London, you’ll provide core research. As first point of contact, you’ll represent professional views and interests to a wide range of people both within and external to the organisation.

With proven experience of providing direct support to influential, high profile people, you’re used to dealing with confidential and sensitive issues and documents within a pressurised environment. Excellent organisational, research, analytical and problem solving skills will be crucial to your success. Collaborative and diplomatic, you’ll bring to the role a demonstrable flair for communicating and influencing both in person and in writing.
