Could you help tackle London’s housing crisis and ensure more homes are built across the capital? We are seeking two Housing Portfolio Managers to be responsible for managing land and development transactions across several GLA programmes.
The successful candidates will work as part of the team responsible for post-contract management of the GLALP’s Loan Portfolio. They will therefore be responsible for maximising the performance and recovery of the portfolio of investments which include loans for infrastructure, land, and/or development finance. The role will include regular reporting on portfolio performance and stress testing as well as the development of systems and processes for best practice management in line with GLALP and Audit procedures.
We are looking for an excellent problem solver with experience in managing agreements for the financing and development of residential property, undertaking financial analysis, investment programme management and overseeing cashflow appraisals. You will work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and have excellent communication skills.
This role will be based at GLA’s Office in Union Street SE1 0LL
