In this role you will be supporting two Labour
Assembly Members. The role requires you to deal with influential, high profile
people, confidential and sensitive issues and documents within a pressurised
environment. Excellent organisational, analytical, problem solving, research
and written communication skills are crucial.
The successful candidate will have diary management
experience, the ability to draft correspondence, event and meeting management
experience. Casework experience is desirable.
Acting as a first point of contact for the
Assembly Members you support, you’ll represent professional views and interests
to a wide range of people both within and external to the organisation. For
this this particular post, candidates’ applications should highlight strong
organisational and communication skills and demonstrate ability to pro-actively
problem solve.

This role will initially be based at
City Hall. The Mayor has announced that City
Hall will be relocating from More London (London Bridge) to the Crystal Building in the Royal Docks, so this role will be based at The Crystal Building from
